About this service

This scheduling service is operated by BM Consulting and is intended for BM Consulting members.

Information we collect

When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and identity-provider account identifier from Google. When you use the service, we may store your profile settings, availability, connected calendar details, booking information, and email correspondence needed to operate the service.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate members, show availability, manage bookings, synchronize connected calendars, and send booking notifications. We do not sell personal information or use Google data for advertising.

Google data

If you connect Google Calendar, the service uses Google Calendar access only to read availability and create calendar events for confirmed bookings. Google data is used only to provide these features and is not transferred to third parties except service providers needed to operate the service.

Storage and retention

Information is stored on BM Consulting’s managed server. Calendar credentials or tokens are stored encrypted. Booking and calendar data is retained while needed to provide the service or until removed by an administrator.

Your choices

You may disconnect a calendar from your dashboard. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact invito@bmconsulting.in.
